Smartalking was a small customer support operation based in Colombia. My close friend reached out to me to turn it into a true brand. In addition to ditching the "ing," I worked with some design friends to bring to life Smartalk.
From logo direction to font choices to all of the copy you read on the site, I helped realize a vision for a brand set to disrupt the customer support outsourcing industry.
